Paul Giamatti is an award-winning Hollywood screen actor best known for his roles in Sideways, American Splendor, The Illusionist, Barney's Version and the TV mini-series John Adams, for which he receieved an Emmy Award. As A Film were a Danish company, it seemed logical for it to be an adaptation of Asterix and the Normans, a book which featured Vikings.
